This house was a major renovation of an existing single story ranch style home situated on a quiet residential neighborhood with beautiful homes.  The house lot is surrounded by mature trees and conservation land behind.  The home owners asked me to design them a home that would accommodate their growing family needs.

The existing ranch style home (approximately 1,500 s.f.) was converted to a traditional style 2-story (plus loft and walk-in attic) home.  The new home boasts a large first floor open plan with a kitchen, living room, den, foyer and eat-in kitchen.  The second floor has a large great room, three large bedrooms (including a master), two full bathrooms and a master bathroom with a large walk-in closet.   The third level is a large loft space which is being used for a gaming area (pool table, ping pong, etc..).  Adjacent to the loft is a large walk-in attic, storage and mechanical area.
