Matthew Holmes AIA

Owner-President

Matthew Holmes has over 18 years of professional architectural experience in residential, commercial, institutional and higher educational work.  His experiences range from smaller residential and commercial work to large scale (100+ million) institutional and higher education projects. Matthew's vast amount of experience provides expertise that is essential to ensure that the clients vision and needs are not only met but exceeded. 

Matthew holds both a Bachelors and Master's Degree from Northeastern University in Boston Massachusetts.  He worked for a Cape Cod architecture firm for over five years primarily working on both cottage style and high-end residential, retail and light commercial.  Matthew then worked for a large national firm in Boston for ten years leading large institutional and governmental projects.  The institutional work focused mostly on residence halls, science and research buildings, fitness centers and libraries.  Matthew was also a key team member in the complete restoration and preservation of the United Nations Headquarters in New York City, (Conference Building and General Assembly Building).

 

Matthew is a registered architect (MA), NCARB Certified and LEED Certified.  He is also an AIA (American Institute of Architects) member.
